You may be saying that the Craftsman Multi-Tool is just like the Fein Multimaster. And you would be right in a lot of ways. But at $99, it is about $300 cheaper than the Fein Multimaster and the Craftsman is cordless while the Fein is corded.  As someone who has used both, I feel that the Fein Multimaster has more power but the cordless convenience of the Craftsman Multi-Tool and competitive price, this is a must have tool in your shop.
